TOTE WIN £15.90 PL £3.50, £2.30, £4.60, £2.90; Ex £127.30; CSF £100.27; TRICAST £1770.25 ANALYSIS: A wide-open, competitive handicap, which produced a thrilling finish. NAMROUD picked up well from the two-furlong pole, after having to be switched to launch his run and stayed on strongly to get on top near the finish. He seems equally effective over seven furlongs and a mile. Master Mahogany ran another sound race in defeat. Vicious Warrior looks to be coming to form, while Border Music shaped well with the blinkers left off. Tsaroxy did well against his elders. Granston ran respectably without looking like a winner waiting to happen. Freeloader proved very disappointing, failing to overcome his wide draw, while Blonde Streak was virtually pulled up and Hills Of Gold was pulled up. |
