Pool: £2,865.30. 435.00 winning tickets. ANALYSIS: Exposed sprinters, but a decisive win by LAUREL DAWN, whose last success was in June 2004. He had been mainly disappointing recently, but clicked this time and came right away in the final furlong. Comic Tales has yet to win a race, and is thoroughly exposed, so the fact he was second casts even more doubts about the form. Maromito faded after showing speed, and should improve for the run as he hasn't been campaigned on the all-weather this winter. On The Trail lost all chance at the start. |
