Darryll Holland certainly did not think it would be a disadvantage from stall two and, staying there, he brought JOHNSTON'S DIAMONDhome a wide-margin winner. Cut in the ground suits him, and he still retains a deal of sparkle even though he may be flattered by the bare result. Raymond's Pride had a low draw, but he came to race towards the stands' side and came out best of the rest. He loves plenty of cut, and there are races of this calibre in him. Paris Bell goes well for Paul Quinn. He has run a decent race, and is in good heart this term. The rest were well strung out and nothing positive could be said on the day, though several are capable of better, including Inter Vision when he gets some fast ground.
