 A more even tempo still produced a shade quicker time in this slightly better contest although again those with the pace dominated.
Front running WHINHILL HOUSE defied his welterweight in some style, clearing away inside the final furlong for an impressive win. The manner of this success off a 7lb higher mark suggests the hat-trick is likely especially as he handled this surface and sharper track just as competently as Southwell last time. Indeed he looked more at home here.
