ANALYSIS: No lack of pace here and WHINHILL HOUSE, normally a front-runner, took a lead on this occasion before being produced to seize the initiative a furlong from the finish. This was his seventh handicap win of the campaign and he continues to progress.

Playful Dane, having only his second start of the season, ran well after being slightly tight for room after a furlong and being forced to switch.

Divine Spirit did not look to appreciate this return to the minimum trip, but stayed on.

Bishops Court, briefly slightly tight for room on the rails, failed to pick up.
