ANALYSIS: Another weak event.

SIRAJ, who had won a seller here last year, showed his present wellbeing when second in a handicap here three weeks ago and did not need to improve much on that effort to see off the free-running Shifty Night.

The latterhad run moderately at Lingfield last time, but back on the track where she had previously won two little races, she ran right up to her best in second.

The front pair finished well clear of Laurel Dawn, who got outpaced (as is usual these days) before running on past beaten horses.
