ANALYSIS: A consistent sort last season, WUNDERBRA is continuing in a similar vein, and though she had little to spare, she ought to continue to pay her way.

Mecca's Mate is another consistent sort. Her rider's saddle slipped inside the final furlong, but he was still able to ride a finish and she ran right to the line. Her turn will come again in this sort of company.

Baron Rhodes improved on his debut run, and he did enough to suggest that he will be interesting over a stiff 5f on fast ground.

Bonne Fleur showed pace, then edged left at halfway, but once on an even keel again, ran on well in the last furlong and a half.
